Business Analyst Level 2

A BA/PM who has experience handling stakeholders, coordinate testing, writing scripts along with performing PM role keeping the project on budget, timeline and status updates.

 

Description

Working under the direction of the DevOps Manager, the responsibilities of the Business Analyst / Project Manager will include, but not be limited to the following.

• Gathering requirements for the solution from a business perspective and taking a leadership role in validating and clarifying Business/Process requirements;

• Planning, facilitating, conducting, and documenting Business/Process requirement gathering workshops, meetings and interviews;

• Working closely with business representatives and ensuring alignment with internal and vendor team members;

• Ensure all deliverables and milestones are completed as planned;

• Lead the development of all test cases and test planning activities for the overall initiative;

• Organizing and conducting the functional testing of the system;

• Developing training materials for any required training based on the client’s business processes, use of the system, and user categories; and providing that training;

• Completing any other client-related project tasks that will help ensure success of the initiative;

• Manage scope, risk and issues;

• Preparing or assisting with other related documents or tasks as required by the OCIO DevOps Manager.
